ARTIST'S STATEMENT

As an artist I make marks and use colour to précis how I see nature. The marks and colours are abstracted from looking closer at the structures I paint. I use acrylic, ink, oil pastels and my trusty 2 inch screw in an attempt to find a different and more interesting way of communicating the world I see around me.
